Estela Nieto
On the Eve of Super Tuesday, the supreme court declared Trump as a valid participant in The primary ballot of Colorado. Last December the court banned the former president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. This declares that any participant of insurrections against the constitution cannot hold charge, in relation to the Capitol assault in 2021. However, the tribunal alleged that it is in the Congress, but not in the States, the responsibility to make the move. The decision not only supposes an easier way of achieving victory to the candidate, but also implications in other states that did invalidate Trump's participation.
It's a major triumph for Trump because it will affect those states who challenge his presence and the 15 states voting on super Tuesday. Trump has already won mostly in all the states and winning on Tuesday will mean his secured participation in the generals celebrating in November.
